Konstantinos Nikolakopoulos – Giannidis is a founding partner of the firm. He holds a LL.B. from the University of Athens School of Law and a LL.M. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School (Penn Law).

Konstantinos specializes in negotiating, closing, and implementing civil- and commercial-law transactions and agreements, in particular with regard to real-estate and establishing companies in Greece. Konstantinos offers a comprehensive legal support and reasoned and effective advice to our clients, enabling them to reach informed business decisions when devising a suitable, flexible, and efficient strategic plan, while properly identifying and evaluating key points of interest or concern. He also helps our clients to navigate through the necessary procedures and formalities by streamlining the implementation of the strategic plan.

Konstantinos further advises and provides legal opinions to financial institutions, telecommunication companies, energy companies and other clients on license, permit, registration, and authorization procedures, required for certain business types, activities, or purposes, and on related criminal liability, as well as on business organization, daily operation, customer relationship management, and dealing with public or regulatory authorities and other bodies. In the field of administrative law, Konstantinos has handled cases of challenging administrative sanctions and fines from various supervisory, regulatory, and tax authorities.

Konstantinos has extensive experience in complex cases of contract negotiation and drafting for credit servicers (NPL management) and intra-group cooperation agreements. He also advises and assists private clients in real-estate property acquisition and management, and related investments.
