- Legal advice and comprehensive support on designing, structuring, and implementing real estate acquisitions and investments, including through special purpose vehicles, all the way up to (and including) divestment
- Ownership due diligence, including land registry and cadaster archive search
- Negotiating the terms and reviewing all agreements and notarial acts for the sale and purchase, from initial (verbal/private) agreement through preliminary agreement (prosimfono) up to the final sale and purchase agreement
- Legal advice and support on real estate financing
- Drafting tailor-made proxies and power-of-attorneys, to facilitate remote execution by foreign sellers/buyers
- Liaising with notaries public, civil engineers, land registries and cadaster offices
- Legal advice on:
- zoning and land use,
- building permits/planning permissions,
- urban planning, forest, archaeology, environmental, or other restrictions,
- special legislative frameworks for protected & conservation areas
- other regulatory issues
- Hotel lease or management agreements
- Residential leases and subleases
- Construction and works agreements
- Representation before administrative authorities and litigation before any court for:
- challenging or correcting cadastral or forest maps
- challenging acts of municipal or zoning and planning authorities
- building permit rejections
- property regularization
- zoning and planning sanctions and fines
