- Comprehensive advice and support on construction projects
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and closing all necessary contracts and other project documentation, including agreements on:
- tender dossiers and specifications
- joint venture arrangements
- contractors and subcontractors
- operation and maintenance
- waste disposal and management
- land contribution (antiparochi system)
- securities or collaterals
- license and technology transfer or supply agreements,
- other side or ancillary agreements
- Consulting on specialized commercial and industrial construction
- Negotiating, settling, and litigating disputes with clients, contractors, suppliers
